Kevin Perrier, President/CEO
With more than fourteen years of experience, Kevin has worked in a number of construction arenas. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of corporate affairs and upper-management positions. Kevin currently serves on the board of directors for the Easthampton Chamber of commerce and the Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society. He has been active in the local community since opening his company in 2000. Bill Trohon, COO
A former paramedic firefighter in Easthampton who holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance, Bill joined the team in 2006 and is in charge of providing all elements of project estimates and establishing business relationships with subcontractors. btrohon@fivestarcorp.net
Bud Korza, Project Manager
Joining the team in 2007, Bud has worked with a number of commercial clients on multi-million dollar projects throughout his 28 years experience as a construction supevisor and project manager. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction to guarantee adequate staffing and procurement of required materials to meet project schedule and maintaining compliance with codes, regulations and ordinances. Keith Chirgwin, Project Superintendent
Keith, who joined the team in the summer of 2008, brings a resume of diverse experience which includes 21 years of construction experience. Keith facilitates the completion of all construction projects and oversees subcontractor coordination, assuring safety and code compliance as well as maintaining communication between the FSBC staff,general contractor, clients and architects. kchirgwin@fivestarcorp.net
Ed Ackley, Project Superintendent
Ed joined Five Star in 2010. Ed has over 27 years of Site Supervisory experience and his extensive construction supervising skills will help guide Five Star Building Corp into the future. Ed’s responsibilities are to supervise subcontractors, implement safety regulations on the job site, coordinate materials, and maintain communication between FSBC staff, architects and clients. Jarek Jedra, Project Superintendent
Ed joined Five Star in 2011. Jarek has over 15 years of Site Supervisory experience. David Felty, Director of Project Development
David joined Five Star in 2010, and has over 15 years of marketing experience. David has an extensive list of realations in the community through his community involvments with the Chamber of Commerce of Easthampton, Westfield, Northampton and Springfield and being a small business owner for 10 years in Southampton, MA.
