General Construction -

Five Star Building Corp has over 150 years combined experience in commercial, industrial and healthcare construction and design-builds. FSBC has a very dedicated staff that can manage any size of construction project. From inception to completion we will work closely with our client, architects and engineers to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to the complete satisfaction of our client.

Construction Management 

Construction management is a very important role as a liason between the project owner and the general contractor, architect, engineers, etc.., and we take that role very seriously. We understand the complexities of the construction process and are able to take the stress of any construction project off of our clients minds and let them focus on what is most important- running their business. Our highly dedicated and educated staff has over 150 years of combined experience in this arena and we are ready to help your next project be ”Five Star”.

Healthcare-

FSBC maintains working relationships with local Hospitals such as Baystate Health Systems, Cooley Dickenson Hospital, Dr. Truswell, out-patient medical offices and Doctor’s offices throughout Western Massachusetts and have maintained the highest level of standards and safety expected in these invironments.

Institution/Education -

Five Star Building Corp works in the public and private sector throughout Massachusetts and maintains a working relationship with several colleges and schools such as Westfield State University, Holyoke Community College, Bay Path College, University of Massachusetts, Springfield Technical Community College and Hopkins Academy.

Retail/Commercial -

Maintaining relationships with local/national retailers for interior fit-outs, renovations or new construction is where we excel. We understand the retail world very well and our retail clients rely on our expertise and abilities to provide the level of service they expect while ensuring the least amount of “down time” for their business. Some clients include Look Park,  Yankee Candle Company, Payless Shoes, Family Dollar and Tractor Supply Company and we continue to establish new relationships daily.

Industrial/Agricultural-

We are a Rockford Steel Buildings dealer and can offer our clients diversity and cost savings that many other construction firms cannot.
